The signal of something strange

An end or beginning one
Cannot gauge into the
Unknown I only stare
For who can predict the
Rise or demise of entities?
Will society suffer more
Tragedy?
Only One who's infinite
Can answer it all
The only Being who can answer
Definite everyone's rise
