Visions Array

Crying in the night-
Unsalted tears that cannot heal,
Useless attempts, self cradling of the soul.
Comfort and peace within, one shan't find.

Kissing away the fears, years of unbelief,
Faceless loving Spirit - Power which will not cease.
Embracing the gentle words, flowing to my ear.
And reading Your ancient truth, calm relief.

A weakened hand I extend,
Toward Your glowing, radiant Light.
Warmed and caressed by Love with no bounds.
Crumpled I laid, yet I rise again!

Miraculous power, deeds of hope You display,
Caught into this majestic array.
Beautiful face, now I can see,
Melts the stone-built heart in me.

Behold the Light of this visionary display,
May I never forget this mind scene today.
Open are the darkened passages,
Of the cavernous mind.
Able to believe the Spirit's messages,
And truth daily find.

No more crying in the night,
I drift off to sleep.
Into my dreams the Spirit takes flight,
As You whisper future sights.
