Human Geode

Though I'm physically unlovely
I know hidden just inside
Dwells the full spectrum of infinity
Far too powerful to hide

My shell of blood and bone
Is just a covering-a facade

One day I will be broken
And in His image, be remade

No longer flesh, or Earthly bound
With the angels will I sing
Filling heaven with the sound
Praising Him my matchless King

Because I gave Him what I couldn't keep
He gave me eternity
